30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Be free from damage caused by misuse or normal wear.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at info@gpmoto.us with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item (if the item is damaged or defective)
Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been worn, used, or washed.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable).
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), GP Moto will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
